Friends and Music Lovers!
Fall may be here, but we have no intention of falling back…because the rest of the year is gonna be epic! But first I have to say what a true honor it was to host blues icon, guitar player, and author, the great Bernie Pearl, plus harmonica master, Gary Allegretto and everybody’s favorite guitar player, Chuck Alvaraz and his band in August! It was another packed house of happy music lovers, especially me! Thanks to all who came and to the wonderful musicians!
September is on fire; literally; the weather in Los Angeles is hot but the music coming up this Tuesday is gonna be even hotter! Sax/harp player/singer Jimmy Z (James Zavala) has had an amazing career playing with some legendary music makers including-the late great Etta James, the Eurethymics, Tom Petty and many more…this Tuesday with his band, the ZTribe (BR Millon, Vince Tividad, Doug Legacy, Gary Ferguson), they are gonna blow the roof off with their music and energy! Jimmy Z has done many shows with Deb Ryder! Gonna be some spontaneous music combustion to be sure!
Deb Ryder, is a multi-award winning contemporary blues, soul and Americana singer/songwriter and performer! She is known worldwide for her powerhouse vocals, sizzling stage presence, signature arrangements and smart songwriting! Tonight she will play a rare intimate set with the wonderful guitar player Aldolpo Dal Pino.
As I’m get closer to finally recording a new record, I will be singing a bunch of new songs for this show and I guarantee that you will be so happy to be spending your Tuesday with all of us!! It is gonna be another full house so get there early to get a table!
