The Doors Tribute by Peace Frog – Based out of Venice, California, this highly acclaimed act recreates the magic, intensity, and rock theater of Jim Morrison and The Doors. Mystical and hypnotic, the band transforms any room into an actual Doors concert experience. Lead singer Tony Fernandez lives out every move of Jim Morrison on stage and delivers a powerful recreation of true likeness in his presence, vocals, and spirit.

The four-piece band also includes James Sinigalliono on keyboard and bass, Tyler Thigpen on guitar and Tom Gold on drums. Hear intoxicating renditions of “Hello, I Love You,” “Light My Fire,” “L.A. Woman,” “The End” and many more Doors classics.

In this new San Pedro on Film presentation, host Joshua Stecker (San Pedro Today publisher and San Pedro Heritage Museum president) will present a video showcase called “San Pedro in Disguise.” Whether in a big-budget blockbuster or a commercial that’s over in seconds, San Pedro has countless credits as a stand-in for myriad cities across the decades. The San Pedro Heritage Museum will explore the port town’s recurring role as a chameleon on film and television. The live talk will feature clips from notable films, TV shows, and commercials shot in San Pedro, as well as historical photos, fun facts, raffle prizes, merch, and more.

All seating is first-come, first-served. Proceeds from tickets, merchandise, and raffle sales will benefit the San Pedro Heritage Museum.

Well-recognized on the New Orleans music scene, Bon Bon Vivant was awarded “Best Emerging Artist” in 2018 by Off Beat Magazine. The band is Abigail Cosio, songwriter/front-woman; Jeremy Kelley, saxophonist/vocalist; Jason Jurzak, sousaphone and bass; and Deacon Marrquin, drums and percussion.

Grand Vision is pleased to announce its new Strings Chamber Ensemble Series!

Concertmaster Shura Sasaki leads the ensemble in performing well-known classical pieces and pop songs in a string quartet. The classical pieces include the complete Haydn Quartet No. 53 (Lark), Op. 64. No. 5 and works from Mozart and Beethoven. The “pops strings” pieces include a medley of your favorite Beatles hits, and other popular songs, like “What a Wonderful World,” “Some Day My Prince Will Come,” “A Girl from Ipanema” and “Por Una Cabeza Tango.” Arrangements by Shura Sasaki.

Rose’s Pawn Shop is an acclaimed LA-based Americana band has honed their signature, high-energy fusion of folk, bluegrass, and rock & roll. Through both music and storytelling, the show catalogues the many chapters of love—the sparks and swoons, the heartbreaks and hope, the humor, longing and joy that define the season of Valentine’s. The evening celebrates the golden age of jazz with beloved standards made famous by

singers like Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald, including favorites like “L-O-V-E,” “Fever” and La Vie En Rose,” alongside a few unexpected songs reimagined with a smooth, jazzy twist.
